- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Job: Demolish porch & replace with a bigger porch in keeping with the rest of the house. Replace 9 x windows with: 6 x upvc sash, 3 x upvc casement with 8 x new internal pine window sills. Communication was poor, workmanship was inconsistent & service was unreliable throughout. Eight months later, we’ve had to spend a lot more money to get other tradespeople in to finish a job which we were told should’ve taken 4-6 weeks. Pearl Home Improvements were unwilling to take responsibility for mistakes. If you’re considering giving them your hard-earned money, I’d be happy to share our experience & show you our contract & the emails & photos that back up this review.
